30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Returns must be sent by mail to the address we provide.


Return Shipping

  • No return fees are charged by BrevioCare™
  • However, return shipping costs may be calculated depending on your location and carrier

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if used or opened.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Late or Missing Refunds
